Chris Longmuir is an award winning crime writer.

She is best known for her Dundee Crime Series, featuring DS Bill Murphy. Night Watcher, the first book in the series, won the SAW (Scottish Association of Writers) Pitlochry Award, and the sequel, Dead Wood, won the Dundee International Book Prize, as well as the Pitlochry Award.

Chris recently launched new historical crime thriller, Devil's Porridge and has also published a non-fiction book entitled Crime Fiction and the Indie Contribution.

Melissa Addey writes historical novels and non-fiction books.

The first novel, which was set in China, The Fragrant Concubine, was longlisted for both the Mslexia Novel Competition and the Historical Novel Society Indie Award.

It landed Melissa an agent at Coombs Moylett & Maclean Literary Agency.

She also writes non-fiction books, the first being 100 Things to do while Breastfeeding and the second titled The Happy Commuter and has recently released The Storytelling Entrepreneur and Merchandise For Authors.

Melissa just finished a year as a Writer in Residence at the British Library in London and has spent three months this year being a blogger for Mslexia, the UK's bestselling magazine for women who write.
